If this is your first time in network marketing, be sure you
select a company that has been around for at least 2 to 3
years, having developed good training programs and sales aids.
Finding a company in it's momentum stage is also preferable,
but don't fooled by the promise of quick and easy money.
If you do not choose wisely and have a bad experience, it
may ruin your whole outlook on this fantastic business .
To begin with, look for an established company that's been in
business for at least two years but is still in its momentum
stage preferably with less than 100,000 members. Try to determine
the strength of the product line, management team and compensation
plan.
Before you make your final selection, ask yourself these
questions:
Integrity: Does the company have it? Do they
stand behind there products and services, the people. No
outrageous or exaggerated claims? Do they have a warranty?
Is the company
Distributor-Driven: Does the company
make decisions with the representative in mind or the company
in mind? Publicly traded Companies that are worse then those
that are not. A publicly traded company has to answer to its
share holders first not its representatives so you are at the mercy
of the shareholders.
Does the company have a system that can be
duplicated? This is very important but
is absent in many network marketing companies. Do they leave it
up to you? Look for a company and a team that has a system in place
that you can use on day one in your network marketing business.
Now I'm going to tell you what you need to hear,
not what you want to hear. Most legitimate opportunities are
"get rich slow" businesses. Beware of those that offer shortcuts and
promise the moon.
